ALFA Romeo has opened UK order books for the all-new Alfa Romeo Giulia range, with the stunning Quadrifoglio version boasting 510bhp under the bonnet.

Prices start at £29,180 and customers can choose between four engine variants (two petrol and two diesel), which are all paired to a new eight-speed automatic transmission as standard.

In the UK, the new Giulia model range comes in five trim levels - the Giulia, Super, Tecnica, Speciale and the top-of-the-range Quadrifoglio.

The range comes with upgraded safety systems as standard across the range, with the entry level Giulia trim featuring forward collision warning with autonomous emergency braking and pedestrian recognition and lane departure warning.

The top-of-the-range Giulia Quadrifoglio, powered by a new 510bhp Bi-Turbo V6 petrol engine with an eight-speed paddle shift automatic transmission as standard features Alfa's Chassis Domain Control system for added traction. Prices for the Quadrifoglio with its 0 to 60 time of 3.9 seconds start from £59,000.

As with all Alfa Romeos, the new motor is well equipped, coming with dual-zone climate control, Alfa's D.N.A. rotary driving mode selector, the Alfa Connect display infotainment system with DAB plus MP3 and Bluetooth connectivity, an eight speaker audio system, rear parking sensors and cruise control.
