SUBARU is holding the price on several of its models until the end of March, including the fiesty all-new Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

The new 2011 model incorporates a wide range of developments.

In response to market demand the new four-door saloon version of the Subaru WRX STI is once again available, after an absence of three years.

The hatchback variant, priced at £32,995, sits alongside the saloon, and this will mark the first time that four- and five-door versions of the car have been sold together in the UK.

The new WRX STI benefits from a stiffened bodyshell and an extensively reworked suspension system. Lower ride height and wider tyres also contribute to more direct and accurate control of the car and greater feedback for the driver.

The widely praised 2.5-litre Subaru boxer 16-valve turbo engine with Dual Active Valve Control produces 300bhp The zero-to-62mph sprint is achieved in just 5.2 seconds.

Standard equipment includes keyless entry, push-button start, front log lamps, hill start assist, climate control air-conditioning, remote central locking, electric windows front and rear, an all-new radio-CD unit with a 10-speaker audio system, AUX and USB input jacks, hands-free Bluetooth® system and cruise control.

Starting prices for the Subaru Impreza range begin at £12,677 for the 1.5R five-door and all models have an excellent reputation for build quality and reliability.

Subaru's Legacy Tourer continues to be a popular choice for those looking for a motor with plenty of space and decent driving characteristics.

Powered by the company's Boxer engine the big estate offers practicality, good road holding and prices start at £24,795 for the 2.0 X five-door.

Subaru Forester prices start a £21,295 for the 2.0 X five-door up to £27,320 for the 2.0D SureTrak.
