WITH eye-catching good looks, plenty of on-board wizardry and blistering performance capabilities, the Infiniti M37 is quite a catch.

But for me, the real delight of this model is its performance. The 3.7-litre V6 petrol engine delivers amazing levels of power and that means driving the Infiniti M37 is an absolute privilege.

In built up city centres, it cruises effortlessly turning heads as it passes and the rear-view camera and parking sensors are another bonus.

In fact, these features are guaranteed to make any novice look the complete professional when squeezing into tight parking spaces.

The all-round visibility is good which is vital to spot pedestrians and cyclists that dart at you from all angles and the all-round comfort is exceptional.

Then, out on the faster roads, the car bursts into life with as much power as you can handle. Acceleration through the seven-speed automatic gearbox is rapid, smooth and very responsive and the overall handling is exceptional.

Even in wet conditions, the car's road-holding proved flawless and the cabin noise remained almost silent throughout.

This is a car that actually makes our road network appear smooth and totally lacking in potholes and wear damage, which we all know it is not.
