Coupe style for
Honda SUV
THE first images of Honda's new European version of its small SUV have been revealed by the Japanese brand ahead of its world premiere at next month's Paris Motor Show.
And the exterior design of the new HR-V prototype has the style of a coupe, with sharp lines linking the upper and lower parts of the body.
Honda says the more elegant shape has been achieved without compromising the interior practicality of the car.
The HR-V also features a centre fuel tank to create more space while Honda's 'Magic Seats' are used for extra versatility - including the ability to fold the second row seats completely flat.
It will go on sale next summer and brand chief Leon Brannan said "The HR-V is a very welcome addition to our current model line up. It is a very popular and growing market segment that appeals to both retail and corporate customers.
"The dealer network are very much looking forward to receiving the car in their showrooms and every UK dealer will be making the trip to Paris to see the car on show".
More info will be announced at the Paris show.
