CHOLMONDELEY Power and Speed 2016 has kicked off in style bringing together an eclectic mix of supercars old and new.
A brand new McLaren 675 LT, an exotic Lamborghini Countach from 1977 and a 1957 Mercedes 300SL roadster are among some of the rarest cars in the world which have gathered at the Cheshire country park.
Others such as a 1975 Lancia Stratos, a 1958 Lister Jaguar and a silver clad Mercedes-Benz AMG T3 from the Gumball 3000 run are all on display in the paddock and on the track.
More than 150 cars, bikes and other unusual examples such as a Messerschmitt KR200 three-wheel bubble car from 1956 will be going through their paces at this year's festival of all things automotive.
The three day event runs until Sunday and we will be bringing you a selection of pictures every day.
Admission to Cholmondeley, which is off the A534 near Malpas, Cheshire is £25 for adults with children's tickets priced from £5.
