SKODA has announced prices and specifications for the all-new Kodiaq SUV ahead of its UK debut early next year.

It's Skoda's first seven-seater and will start from £21,495 when ordering starts in November and will be available from launch in four trim levels, five engine options, two and four-wheel drive, and a choice of manual or DSG gearboxes.

The range comprises three trims, S, SE and SE L along with a new Edition grade to mark the arrival of the Czech brand's first seven-seater SUV.

Standard equipment on the S model includes LED daytime running lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, leather multifunction steering wheel and manual air-conditioning.

They also feature a touchscreen infotainment system, DAB digital radio and SmartLink for smartphone connectivity.

The S model is available with a 1.4 TSI 125ps engine only.

SE models come in at £22,945 and are available with a broad range of engine and transmission options.

Standard spec includes 18-inch alloy wheels, sunset glass, cruise control and rear parking sensors. There is also Skoda's Bolero touchscreen infotainment system with eight-inch display, dual-zone climate control, rain and light sensors and auto-dimming rear view mirrors.

Seven seats are available as a £1,000 option in this trim.

Further up the range, SE L models start from £28,595 and feature higher levels of kit including seven seats as standard, powered tailgate, 19-inch alloy wheels, and Columbus navigation system with Wi-Fi. A multi mode drive control, Alcantara upholstery, heated front seats and full LED headlights are also standard on SE L models.

Topping the range is the new Edition grade which cost from £30,695 and standard equipment includes 19-inch alloy wheels, seven seats, leather upholstery, metallic paint and chrome roof rails.

Technology features include a lane keeping assistance system, automatic high beam lamps, wireless phone charging and blind spot detection.

As well as the 125ps TSI engine the Kodiaq will also be available with two more powerful petrol engines, a 1.4-litre engine developing 150ps and a 180ps 2.0-litre while on the diesel front it will be powered three versions of Skoda's 2.0-litre engine developing either 115, 150 or 180ps.
