SUBARU has hinted strongly that future models will take their lead from the looks of the VIZIV Tourer Concept unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show.

The Tourer - or what Brits call an estate car - would continue to exploit the two features the Subaru brand is famous for; a boxer engine and symmetrical all wheel drive.

The company says that it will launch a series of advanced driver assist technologies around 2020. These could include an extended version of the current EyeSight system which can read objects and people in the road ahead at night and warn a driver of their presence.
