JEEP has announced prices for its new Renegade compact SUV ahead of its launch in the UK in September.
The new Renegade will cost from £19,200 for a Sport grade 1.0 GSE T3 120hp version and the 12 model range will top out at £30,805 for a go-anywhere Trailhawk powered by a 2.0 170hp diesel.
New three and four-cylinder turbo petrol engines debut on the latest Renegade with the newcomer powered by a 1.0-litre delivering 120hp and 190Nm of torque and a 1.3-litre delivering 150hp or 180hp and 270Nm of torque.
The engine line up also includes updated 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre MultiJet II diesels with selective catalytic reduction helping them meet the latest emission regulations.
The new Renegade features a revised front-end design which now sports a redesigned, cut-in silhouette seven-slot Jeep grille - similar to the Wrangler - new headlights and fog lights.
Depending on trim level, the Renegade can be equipped with Uconnect five-inch or Uconnect 8.4-inch NAV, which include touchscreens and a more powerful processor with improved response capability.
This allows for the driver to control the climate system, the sound system and more directly from the Uconnect display for additional safety while driving.
The new Jeep Renegade is available in two configurations, with two or four-wheel drive.
