NEW top-of-the-range limited edition versions of every model in its range are being shown for the first time at the Geneva motor show ahead of going on sale at as yet unconfirmed prices in April.
The new Techroad limited edition treatment will be available on the Duster, Logan MCV Stepway and Sandero Stepway in a choice of two new colours- FusionRed and Highland Grey.
On the outside the Techroad editions feature red inserts on the body lines, door mirror housings and side sills, as well as on the inner door panels, air vent surrounds, upholstery and front and rear protective mats. Also included are new interior trims featuring red details with contrasting grey upholstery and a dark carbon dashboard.
A red centre cap features on the new two-tone 16-inch wheel designs for Logan MCV Stepway and Sandero Stepway with new 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels on the Duster.
As befits the name, the Techroad will come equipped with useful technologies, such as rear parking sensors and, on the Duster, a raft of extras including climate control, hands-free key card, blind spot detection, multi-view camera, satnav and a multimedia system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Renault's Romanian division will also use the Geneva event to showcase its new 1.3 TCe 130 GPF and 150 GPF engines which will be available on 4x4 versions of the Duster in the summer.
