SUBARU has refreshed its Levorg estate-cum-SUV for 2019 with a new engine, fine-tuned suspension, revamped front-end and a selection of interior upgrades including new safety technology.
The new two-litre petrol engine is combined with Subaru's Lineartronic CVT transmission and all-wheel-drive as standard.
Exterior tweaks include a new front bumper and grille together with refreshed LED headlight and fog light designs plus newly designed 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, what the Japanese maker calls ‘discreet' style upgrades have been carried out on the instrument panel, door trim and switches while power adjustable lumbar support has been introduced for the driver while rear seat and boot space usability has been enhanced with a new 40/20/40 split folding rear seat configuration.
Latest audio-tech features include a seven-inch multifunction colour touchscreen for the infotainment system which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB radio, Bluetooth connectivity and satellite navigation.
Driver assistance systems included for the asking price of £30,995 now include adaptive cruise control, pre-collision braking and lane departure warning while the blind spot monitoring system and reversing camera fitted to the previous Levorg are now complemented by a front view camera and smart rear-view mirror. The latest models will arrive in showrooms in July.
