ONE of the most exclusive Nissans ever to hit our shores will cost £92,995 when it arrives at the end of next month.

But if you haven't got the readies to pay for one of less than 20 examples of the exclusive GT-R 50 Anniversary edition to reach our shores, don't worry - Nissan is offering a dedicated 50 anniversary-themed finance deal with a five per cent APR personal contract purchase plan over three years and will even throw in a £5,000 deposit contribution and a two year servicing package worth £500

First unveiled at the 2019 New York International Auto Show the GT-R Anniversary Edition will be available in any colour as long as it's Bayside Blue with white racing stripes - a colour scheme last seen on the R34 GT-R which went out of production in 2002.

Only 50 examples will be available in Europe, of which just 18 right hand drive versions are earmarked for the UK, with first customer deliveries due to commence at the end of August.

Features include new 20-spoke, 20-inch alloy wheels with blue accents on the spokes and 50 Anniversary badges, grey leather interior, including a grey leather steering wheel and gear lever knob, seat embossing, an Alcantara headliner with unique stitching and Alcantara-wrapped sun visors.

"The Nissan GT-R has been the icon of our company's driving performance for the past half century," says Shinichiro Irie, program design director for the GT-R. "We were highly motivated to ensure that the GT-R 50th Anniversary Edition stands out. While the exterior and interior changes may seem subtle at first glance, they're still impactful keeping the car's lines and overall presence modern and edgy."

For enthusiasts working on tighter budgets, 50 Anniversary edition versions of the Nissan 370Z are already on sale priced at £38,995 with a similar PCP deal on offer from the company. First deliveries of the 22 examples which are being made available in the UK started in June.
