Dacias revealed

Dacia Sandero Stepway, Logan and Sandero, 2020

BARGAIN brand Dacia is updating its basic models with new versions of the Sandero, the SUV-oriented Sandero Stepway and the Logan on the way.

The three new models will be revealed later this month and take the Romanian car company - now part of the Renault group - into a new generation.

The Sandero - currently Britain's cheapest new car and priced from £6,995 - gets more streamlined looks with a more sloping windshield, a lower roofline and a radio antenna placed at the end of the roof.

Changes are also being made to the higher riding Sandero Stepway which now has a more rounded bonnet while the Logan has been made slightly longer.

The Logan is currently sold in the UK only as an estate model although Dacia does include a saloon version in its European line up.

A new look light signature is being introduced on all three models and includes a Y-shaped effect while other styling changes includes revisions to the door handles and other body features.

The new models will be unveiled online on September 29. Prices and further specifications are still to be announced.
