AUDI is expanding its EV line up with high performance GT versions of the e-tron boasting a power output of up to 646ps.
The e-tron GT quattro and RS e-tron GT are priced from £79,900 and £110,950 respectively and are due for release in the sprint.
The ranges will top out at £106,000 for the e-tron GT in Vorsprung trim and £133,340 for the RS model.
With 472ps on tap from the e-tron GT it has a 0 to 60 acceleration time of 4.1 seconds with the higher powered RS model coming in at 3.3 seconds.
Top speeds are 152 and 155mph with both models having all-wheel-drive with motors on each axle.
Both cars also come with a sound enhancement system for added sporty thrills which is standard fit on the RS and an option on the e-tron GT.
Audi says the GT has a predicted range of up to 295 miles with the RS capable of 280 miles on a full charge and both have high-speed recharging ability that can enable an 80 per cent top up in less than 25 minutes.
A full charge from a standard supply can be done overnight and the e-tron GT can extend its range by more than 60 miles in around five minutes from a sufficiently powerful DC outlet.
As with other e-tron models both are futuristically style with pronounced body lines and high-tech interiors.
