THE new Suzuki Swift has been shown ahead of the model hitting the road in the UK in the spring of 2024.
With more rounded body lines and a prominent black coloured grille the new car is more of an evolution of the current model.
It is also packed with safety features including anti-collision braking, lane keeping assist and a camera-based driver fatigue monitor.
Other features include lane departure, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, blind spot monitors and rear cross traffic alerts.
The new Swift is powered by 1.2-litre three-cylinder mild hybrid petrol engine and the car is fitted with Suzuki's automatic Allgrip four-wheel drive system available as an option with a CVT automatic transmission.
Inside, there's a new look facia with a nine-inch touchscreen that has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto while the car also gets a new design for the steering wheel with silver inserts in the rim.
Pricing and performance details are still to be announced.
