A SPECIAL edition of the Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ has been revealed in a stunning "AMG green hell magno" paint job.

With exclusive details such as black and high-gloss black elements in the front splitter, the exterior mirror housings, and the beltlines as well as darkened struts on the radiator trim and a dark tint on the rear windows the Limited Edition car is dressed as an eye-catcher.

Other features include black chrome typography on the front bumpers and tailgate, the Mercedes star and exclusive to the edition the door handles and the Mercedes stars in the wheel hub caps and a large rear wing.

Inside the car is decked out with yellow stitching in the seats, door panels and instrument panel as well as embroidered emblems with the "45 S" label in the front headrests.

The A 45 S special has a 0 to 62mph acceleration time and a top speed limited to almost 170mph from its 2.0-litre engine tuned to deliver 421hp.

Prices are still to be confirmed but are likely to start from more than £65,000 when the car arrives in the summer.
