AFTERSALES service at Evans Halshaw Cardiff has been recognised as among the best in the country by the giant Stellantis car manufacturing conglomerate, which includes Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall, Fiat and Jeep amongst its brands.

Earlier this year, Stellantis set out on a quest to identify the Stars of Stellantis across all its automotive brands and Evans Halshaw Cardiff's service advisor, Rhys Jones, has been named as one of just six winners nationwide.

Designed exclusively for aftersales professionals, Stars of Stellantis celebrates exceptional skills and positive impact made on the customer, says the company.

Andy Kite, Stellantis UK aftersales operations director, said: "The standard of all entrants was extremely impressive. Day in, day out, these people provide the very best levels of service to our customers. The final was very close and I'm very proud of our winners but also every entrant -they are a credit to us all."

Launched in February, service advisors, warranty administrators, technician apprentices, EV technicians, master technicians, and service managers were invited to enter the prestigious programme and 1,400 entrants were nominated. The initial entry was whittled down to 20 finalists in six categories all of whom took part in a day of interviews and assessments at the Stellantis Academy in Coventry.

Andy Kite added: "It's so important to acknowledge the thousands of people working in aftersales for our partner retailers and give them the opportunity to compete against their peers across a multi-brand network."
