ONCE again leading the way for EV drivers, Ohme's new MultiCar app functionality enables those drivers with more than one EV to add them on their account and switch between them when choosing which car to charge.

Until now, anyone owning more than one EV would have had to change the main car on their account or alter the charging amount to suit their second car.

Now, it's easy to switch between multiple vehicles by simply adding them on to the user's account, ensuring a driver gets the exact charging schedule and level of charge without the risk of incurring any extra cost.

With the ability to add multiple EVs on one account, the MultiCar function means that Ohme users can easily differentiate between personal and company cars, with their associated charging costs included for each vehicle - a crucial element if required to claim the costs of any home charging for expenses.

It also means that any visiting guests with an EV that need to charge can also easily be added to the account.

As per the existing features of the app, Ohme owners will have individual data for each vehicle on the account, giving a full breakdown of every vehicle's charging sessions showing kWh of charge and costs broken down by day, month or year, giving bespoke information if required for personal or business purposes.

Ohme is the only home EV charging provider whose chargers have been compatible with all UK energy tariffs since launch including the latest dynamic tariffs such as Intelligent Octopus Go and OVO Charger Anytime.

Ohme's software and dynamic charging technology can connect with the national grid in real time and automatically adjust their charging for drivers to take advantage of all the times of low price charging.
