NISSAN has launched a Juke Pulse Edition which it claims blends audacious design with the advanced technologies.

The fully equipped interior and exclusive exterior finish deliver clear differentiation for drivers who choose Juke for its individuality.

Since its debut in 2010, that character has defined the Juke's position in the compact crossover segment, with more than 1.4 million units sold across 50 markets.

The Pulse Edition has a soundâwave inspired roof graphic which sits at its centre, with the Pulse name integrated into the design.

Contrasting solid black roof and mirror caps amplify the car's visual presence across a new body colour called Ocean Deep.

Inside, the theme continues with a dark blue synthetic leather trim across the instrument panel, centre console and door panels, complemented by Black Gloss inserts around the air vents, climate controls, doors and passenger seat lift.

Building on the NâConnecta grade, the Juke Pulse Edition adds bucket seats with synthetic leather, ambient lighting, and a Bose audio system featuring 10 speakers.

The car has Nissan's full safety pack fitted as standard bringing additional technology including a 360 degree around view monitor and a navigation and wireless charging facility.

The Pulse Edition is priced from £27,865 to £31,395 and is available as a hybrid or a 1.0-litre DIGâTturbo.

The he hybrid combines a petrol engine with two electric motors, delivering 143hp, 353 Nm of torque and a 1.3kWh battery which offers 25 per cent more power than the petrol alternative while reducing fuel consumption by up to 40 per cent in urban driving while the turbo has 114hp and up to 200Nm of torque, with a choice between a sixâspeed manual or sevenâspeed dualâclutch transmission.
