Citroen cracks it
with special Code
CITROEN has introduced a new special edition to help C3 Picasso owners stand out from the crowd.
Named the C3 Picasso Code, it replaces the previous Blackcherry special edition, and is based on the top-selling HDi 90 manual VTR+ version but with added equipment.
Standard spec already includes air-con, Bluetooth with USB socket, curtain airbags and cruise control with speed limiter.
But paying the extra £300 for the Code edition adds something Citroen calls a ‘Look Pack' featuring Polar White or Cherry Red 17-inch alloy wheels, chrome lower bumper inserts, shiny black painted door handles with chrome inserts, black bumpers and door mirrors, roof bars, black vent surrounds and carpet mats.
There are also four body colours to choose from and the new model's HDi 90 diesel powerplant returns 61.4mpg on the combined cycle and is eligible for free VED in the first year thanks to its sub-120g/km CO emissions.
The C3 Picasso Code special edition costs from £15,695, which is £300 more than the HDi 90 manual VTR+ version on which it is based.
