MICRO marque smart is switching up the heat on the city car scene with a new fortwo cityflame model.
The newcomer will be limited to just 200 vehicles when it hits the streets next month and boasts eye-catching pearlescent flame yellow body panels.
It also gets a black tridion safety cell, grille surround and door mirror caps as well as exclusive 15-inch black-painted double spoke alloy wheels plus cityflame logos in the mirror triangles and BRABUS headlights with titanium-coloured background.
Inside, there are black fabric/leather-look seats with flame yellow inlays and stitching while the leather-look dashboard and sports steering wheel with shift paddles also feature flame yellow contrasts.
The floor mats are also embroidered with cityflame lettering and standard equipment includes air-con, soft touch transmission, electric windows, sound system and sat-nav.
Available as a coupe or cabrio and with a choice of 71bhp or 84bhp petrol engines, prices are from £10,995 for the lower powered coupe, which features a panoramic roof .
The cabrio, with its electric soft top in black tritop fabric, costs from £12,495.
Mercedes-Benz chief Gary Savage said: "smart special edition models have always proved popular amongst drivers who really do want to stand out from the motoring crowd and we expect this latest version to continue the trend."
