New trims, more kit
for C1
CITROEN has updated its popular C1 line-up with extra kit as standard and a three-strong trim range of VT, Edition and Platinum.
Topping the trio and costing from £10,345, the flagship C1 Platinum replaces the VTR+ grade and features a new Look Pack, which includes a Carlinite Grey roof with colour-matched rear spoiler and door mirrors.
It also brings the option of two body colours - Agrume Red and Lipizzan White - to contrast with the roof and exterior trim. There's also a third body colour option of Carlinite Grey to match the roof.
Extra features now fitted as standard on the Platinum include the French brand's Connecting Box withBluetooth and USB socket, dark tinted rear windows, shiny black interior details and front fog lights.
Replacing VTR models, the C1 Edition variant is available from £9,670 with a new equipment like 14-inch alloys and a leather trimmed steering wheel with matching gear knob.
Kicking off the range at £8,095 is the entry-level C1 VT model with the same equipment and pricing as before.
Also unchanged is the engine line-up, all models powered by a 1,0i 68bhp three-cylinder petrol unit.
And the EGS transmission has been replaced with a new Efficient Tronic Gearbox in the five-door Platinum version.
