MINI is taking a walk on the dark side with new Shadow edition versions of the Clubman and Countryman.
Both have special metallic black paint jobs with a contrasting silver roof and come with either Cooper or Cooper S powertrains in auto and manual configurations.
The Countryman will also be available as an All4 plug-in hybrid.
Prices start from £26,805 for the Clubman and £28,775 for the Countryman. MINI says that cars are due for release in April.
Based on the Sport trim level, the Shadow Edition has 19-inch John Cooper Works Circuit Spoke alloy wheels, John Cooper Works aerodynamic kit including John Cooper Works spoiler and LED front and rear lights.
The special edition also has a Shadow graphic on the bonnet and front panel while the lower roof features a special logo. Black roof rails are standard on the MINI Countryman, and as an option on the MINI Clubman.
Inside, the cars have John Cooper Works sport seats and a sports leather steering wheel with contrast stitching in Chili Red as well as a new 5.5-inch digital display cockpit.
