TEASER images of Kia's next all-electric SUV have been released by the company ahead of the model's debut as a concept at the Los Angeles motor show.

The EV9 follows on from the recently launched EV6 and continues the Korean car maker's electric drive.

The first visuals of the concept SUV show a modern exterior design, the schematics of which hint at a contemporary recreational treatment that's brought to the fore by an upright stance.

The renderings illustrate a conceptual cabin that has been designed to give the driver and passengers a light, flexible and adaptive interior space.

An interactive ultra-wide display and a radical new take on the traditional steering wheel are just two of the concept's interior features.

The Kia Concept EV9 preview images have been revealed ahead of AutoMobility LA, where the model will be revealed on November 17.
