Volkswagen ID.Buzz Cargo, 2022, front

THE commercial variant of the ID.Buzz all-electric multi-van will be priced from £38,125 excluding VAT with the line up available in two trims.

With a range of up to 256 miles, the ID.Buzz Cargo will come in Commerce and Commerce Plus specifications and the latter will cost from £42,375.

Commerce versions include LED headlights, three front seats with the driver's heated, front and rear parking sensors and a 10-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

Commerce Plus level adds adaptive cruise control, keyless entry and automated parking as well as a rear view camera, heated windscreen, satellite navigation and a range of driver assistance systems including VW's Travel Assist system with lane and side assist.

TheID.BuzzCargo can accommodate two Euro pallets loaded sideways and has an overall volume of up to 3.9 cubic metres and a towing limit of one tonne.

Users and choose a two or three seat configuration in the front, with plenty of space inside the cab for work essentials. A fixed partition between the driver's cab and the loading space can be fitted with a window and through-loading if required. Two sliding side doors for easy loading are also available.

The Cargo is due for release later in the year and follows the passenger ID.Buzz which costs from £57,115.
